When & from where will my order ship?
- All orders ship from Southern California.
- Orders will typically ship within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
How long will shipping take?
- Domestic orders will ship via Standard Shipping. Please allow 5-7 business days to receive your order after you receive tracking.
- International orders will ship via USPS. Please allow 10-14 business days to receive your order. For international orders the recipient is responsible for all shipping, duties or taxes. These are not included.
How will I know when my order ships?
- An email with tracking information will be sent to you when your order leaves our warehouse. You can also view your shipment’s progress by logging in to your account.

How much does shipping cost?
- For delivery in the contiguous US, standard shipping is free. For orders going to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Virgin Islands, and International Countries, shipping will be calculated at checkout. Please note, international orders do not include duties or taxes. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
Can I choose to expedite shipping?
- Yes, you can upgrade to expedited shipping for your order at checkout. Please allow 24 hours to process all orders. We will do our best to ship orders the same day if order is received before 12 PM PST, however this is not a guarantee. Please note overnight delivery is not guaranteed. Expedited shipping costs are non-refundable.
What is your return policy?
- Orders may be returned for store credit only.
All returned items must have original tags in place and be free of wear, stains, odor, or any condition, which would prevent it from being sold as new. Greta Glenn reserves the right to reject any returns that do not comply with this policy. Any unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be sent back to you at your expense.
Return requests must be emailed within 3 days upon receipt of purchase to email@example.com with the subject line, "Return Request". In the email, please include the email used for the purchase, the order number, item name you are wishing to return, along with the specific reason for the return. You will receive a reply confirming the return authorization from which point you have an additional 5 days to ship your item back.
We recommend insuring your return shipment. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Be sure to package exchanges in their original packaging. Items damaged from improper packaging will not be accepted. Once your package has been received, your store credit will be processed within 10 business days, less original shipping costs.
Unfortunately, Greta Glenn cannot accept any return requests or returned merchandise outside of the three and five day time frames or any returns that do not meet the above mentioned guidelines.

5. Please describe the product/s defect you would like to return
6. Print the prepaid shipping label, once the return has been authorized
7. Ship the product/s back to us within 7 days

*Defective online orders may be returned for store credit only. We are unable to offer refunds. The merchandise must be in its original, new condition with tags attached, along with the original packaging. Items that have been worn are not eligible for exchange under any circumstance. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If your returned item does not meet the above requirements, your merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense.
